Introduction
The tragic murder of Alex Pretti is a clear signal that The People of the United States of America (The People) are in an emergency. As such, the United States People’s Parliament is providing an emergency action plan as an option to respond to a malevolent federal government consisting of: a violent and inhumane executive branch, as administered by the regime of President Donald. J. Trump; an impotent legislative branch, as described by the abdication of duty by the 119th Congress; and a corrupt judicial branch, as realized by a Supreme Court that has ruled to enable many of the undemocratic postures of the current executive branch.

Unrepentant Liars & Murderers
The extrajudicial murder of Alex Pretti was revealed by protest reporters in Minneapolis, Minnesota as a gang-styled execution. The video captured by those members of the resistance movement is covered in this report on NBC Chicago’s YouTube channel. Alex was a nurse in the Minneapolis area, who was legally carrying a handgun that was both concealed and holstered. Mr. Pretti’s life was unceremoniously cut short by U.S. Border Patrol agents who were clearly aggressive in ways that violate their legal mandate.
On the heels of the murders of both Keith Porter, Jr. of Los Angeles, California and Renee Nicole Good of Minneapolis, Minnesota, top Trump regime officials, such as Kristi Noem, Secretary of Homeland Security; Greg Bovino, U.S. Border Patrol Commander-at-Large within the Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) division of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS); and Kash Patel, Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) have all released statements that paint Alex Pretti and his companion protestors as aggressors. Of note, Noem has stated that the federal agents who committed the cold-blooded murder were under attack. Bovino has made statements that suggest that Mr. Pretti approached the agents with the weapon in a threatening manner and violently resisted apprehension by the federal officials. Patel has insinuated that the nurse who was murdered by federal agents committed a crime by carrying a firearm to a protest. Further, federal officials have been blocking local law enforcement from conducting investigations into the murders carried out by DHS agents.
Let’s dissect the Trump officials’ lies and misdirections. After viewing the video of the incident, it appears that Mr. Pretti is attempting to assist another protester who has fallen to the ground. The CBP agents who are on the scene begin pepper spraying the protesters. The protesters are not engaging with the agents. They are not attacking the agents. They do not appear to be talking to the agents. The CBP officials then tackle Alex to the ground, take his weapon, and then shoot him several times, killing him.
The DHS officials were not under attack. Kristi Noem is lying. Mr. Pretti was not violently resisting the Border Patrol agents. The late Alex Pretti was neither handling nor brandishing his weapon. The nurse’s gun was both concealed and holstered. The CBP officials were unaware of its existence, until they had subdued him and searched him. CBP at the scene could not have been threatened by the existence of the weapon, upon initial contact with the legally protected actions of the protestor because they were unaware of it. Greg Bovino is lying. Alex was a registered owner of his firearm, per Minnesota law. The State of Minnesota has no law that prohibits the carrying of a weapon at a protest. Kash Patel is lying.
Both the actions of ICE/CBP and the responses from these federal officials signal a clear attack on the first and second amendment rights of The People.
Why We Must Act Now
In addition to the Trump regime’s disdain for both the first and second amendment, the executive branch is openly attacking the foundations of fourth amendment rights, as set forth in the Constitution. This NBC report details how DHS agents – particularly ICE officials – have been forcibly entering homes without judicial warrants.
We should not allow ourselves to be governed by shameless liars who show no regard for due process. Greg Bovino has been removed as the Commander-at-Large for Operation Metro Surge, the immigration enforcement initiative in Minnesota, and several CBP agents are set to leave Minnesota, as well. Kristi Noem is under heavy scrutiny, as a result of both the brutality of DHS agents in the recently targeted states and her erroneous, insensitive comments, following her department’s murder of Alex Pretti. However, this is not enough. The behavior of DHS agents deployed for immigration enforcement have been exceedingly aggressive, unlawful, and unconstitutional. Neither the leadership nor the agents conduct themselves in a manner that is consistent with either competent enforcement or legitimate governorship.
It should not be lost on us that this murder occurred the morning after the city of Minneapolis, MN decided to stage an economic boycott and general strike on Friday, January 23, 2026. It could be argued that the increasing volatility, aggressiveness, and brutality of DHS agents is a result of many causes: lax recruitment standards, insufficient training, and poor, inhumane leadership that comes all the way from the top of the executive branch. However, it seems increasingly likely that Trump and DHS are responding with illegal, brutal force when met with legitimate, legal, Constitutionally-protected resistance.
These actions mirror past events. We should take time to consider both the Mexican Repatriation of 1929 – 1936 and “Operation Wetback” of 1954. These were two movements that saw racist, xenophobic White America violently attack and deport both legal residents and citizens, alike. Going back farther, we see that even President Abraham Lincoln favored the deportation of slaves to other lands, rather than freeing them. Lincoln continued to petition for the removal of freed African Americans, following the conclusion of the Civil War. The kind of fascistic terrorism that we see today from the Trump regime is part of an historical pattern in the United States. It appears that a particular demographic within the United States feels entitled to land that was stolen and then cultivated mostly through the efforts of a diverse population. This consistent pattern is what inspired this blog to publish the article “The United States of America Looks in the Mirror”, which contains a copy of the poem “This Is Who You Are”, an exploration of the cultural rot that degrades American society. The sins of this nation’s past must be directly confronted so that the demons that continue to plague us can be appropriately exorcised.
Six in ten Americans express disapproval of Trump’s immigration policies. Roughly the same amount denounces his job performance, overall. The numbers favor The People having the power to reverse the toxic effects of Trump’s failure to lead.
The only way to stop the full transition into fascism is for The People to stand up, grab hold of their power, and leash the federal government. Becoming active with the United States People’s Parliament is the most effective way for us to both galvanize and focus our collective might.
Plan of Action
I am sourcing from the outline of the plan of action from the fourth installment of the civil disobedience framework. This will not be a detailed plan of the entire short-term agenda to stop authoritarianism. The original outline will serve as a guide that we can use to navigate this situation, as it continues to unfold. This section will be a living document so that it can be updated to respond to current events and relay plan details to the public.
Plan Entry: 2026/01/28
Plan Highlights
- All parliamentary chambers and citizens should begin preparation for a nationwide boycott.
- Nationwide Boycott Parameters
- Start Date: Saturday, February 14, 2026; Valentine’s Day
- Duration: 3 Months
- End Date: Wednesday, May 13, 2026
- Execution: Participating citizens are to only purchase groceries, medicines, and necessities for both travel to work and execution of work duties. All discretionary spending is to be suspended for the duration of the boycott.
- Protests
- Protests should be conducted as adjoining action to supplement the national boycott.
- It is recommended to hold large-scale protests in locations that are separated from DHS/ICE local, federal headquarters. This is for the safety and effectiveness of the protests.
- Those who wish to proceed with the monitoring of DHS/ICE agent activity in your local areas should proceed normally, as consistent with your preexisting monitoring groups and strategies.
- Demands
- The impeachment, conviction and removal of President Donald J. Trump and his entire administrative team.
- The removal from service of the majority and minority leaders in both the House of Representatives and the Senate.
- Emergency elections to instate an interim presidential administration and interim Congressional majority and minority leaders to complete the current terms.
- The refunding of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act appropriated funding to DHS; to be placed in the U.S. Treasury for The People to reallocate, per their determination.
- The termination of all new DHS agents who have been recruited under the auspices of large bonuses and shortened, forty-seven-day training regiments.
- Additionally, thorough background checks should be conducted on all agents; any agents found to have ties to white supremacy organizations are to be disqualified from field operations.
- The removal of the current tariff regime, returning to the tariff strategy that existed, prior to the inauguration of Donald Trump.
- Recommendations
- Demands call for scaling back on DHS funding. A plan should be in place for protecting the border and conducting immigration enforcement for undocumented immigrants – those who are not within processes to attain asylum, residency or citizenship. Additionally, we should ensure that the well-trained ICE agents that remain are incentivized to conduct deportation actions that are fueled by sufficient research, case-building, and court authorization.
- Remaining HSI and ERO agents within ICE – those who have passed background checks and have had adequate training – will continue immigration enforcement.
- Adequately trained CBP enforcement should be both removed from immigration enforcement in the interior field and reallocated to securing the nation’s borders.
- The People should begin considering a long-term plan to sunset DHS and replace this organization with a common-sense approach to both border security and immigration enforcement, including an upgrade to the immigration courts system.

Plan Entry Address & Updates
The federal government is clearly identifying itself as an enemy to The People. Polls indicate that the majority of the country is not in favor of the Trump regime’s actions and apparent goals. The People must respond to both the destruction of the economy, both national and global; the decimation of the country’s global standing; the threats to international allies; the carrying out of illegal immigration enforcement; the illegal and inhumane detainment of U.S. citizens, residents and foreign nationals; the terrorizing and abuse of peaceful protestors; and the extrajudicial murder of citizens, residents, and foreign nationals.
By instituting a national boycott, The People can display their removal of consent to engage in a society that is run in such a barbaric and undemocratic manner. This provides an opportunity to exert economic power in a way that hampers the ability of the country to continue to function. Starting the national boycott on a popular holiday, Valentine’s Day, will signal our intent to the stewards of the retail industry.
We need to play hardball. We’ll let them sweat it out for three months. We will submit our list of demands, but we will not reach out for negotiations. Let the economy realize the blow, and allow the government representatives to consider the fallout. The federal government’s willing capitulation to all of our demands is the only event that can end the boycott, prior to the stated end date. During the boycott, use any surplus funds to pay down debt, stock pantries, and build emergency funds. We need to prepare ourselves to be capable of launching a general strike, if necessary.
All parliamentary chambers should review the boycott specifics, as listed in the “Plan Highlights” section above. Any modifications to the boycott strategy should be discussed/debated and resolved by February 7, 2026, in order to allow for a week’s worth of time to communicate details to the general public.

Plan Highlights
- Ideas on strategies to pressure the Democratic Party into progressive governance.
- Electoral Contracts – A way to combat money in politics.
Plan Entry Address and Updates
I have a couple of ideas that have been bouncing around in my head that could help us with both the redirection toward progressive politics and a strategy to combat politicians’ reluctance to enact policy and legislation based on the will of The People. I provide an overview of these ideas below.
Pressure for Progressive Governance
Rather than running candidates as Independents from parliament, we could consider having parliamentary members register as democrats and run for office on a progressive platform. This would allow us to swagger-jack the reputation of a major political party, while also directly challenging the Democrats’ propensity toward neo-liberal politics.
This method requires early discovery and vetting of parliamentary members who qualify for candidacy. These eligibles will have to be prepped in time to challenge establishment Democrats in the primaries for relevant seats. Some progressives on the political left are eager for an ideological capture of the Democratic Party that mirrors both Tea Party and MAGA revolutions that usurped the Republican Party. Unfortunately, the Democratic Party is much more adept at keeping their left flank at bay. However, this approach could be a way to turn the tables on the neo-liberals. We will have an alternate purpose though: to use this as an opportunity to not only reform Democratic approach, but also pull Democratic voters both away from the Democratic party and into the independence of the USPP.
Electoral Contracts
This strategy is meant to force elected officials to be beholden to their constituents. Candidates for office will be presented with a contract that has been approved by a quorum of the voters who represent the seat being vied for. The contract will specify the required responsibilities of the candidate to the voters, in the case of the eligible being selected for office.
Contractual responsibilities could include, but not be limited to:
- Required number of town halls.
- Legislative propositions and voting based on constituent demand.
- Policy implementation based on constituent demand.
Breach agreement clauses in the contract could include, but not be limited to:
- Surrender of a percentage of any and all funds either collected by or paid to the elected as a consequence/benefit of holding their seat.
- Agreement to censure within the political body that has authority to censure the official in the seat (most usually a legislative body, whether state or federal).
- Agreement to vacate the seat after failure to meet constituent demand. This must be specified clearly in the contract. Possible criteria could include:
- Failure to adhere to town hall requirements, whether not conducting a required number of town halls or a certain number of disorderly conduct incidents enacted by the elected toward constituents, during town halls (condescending attitude, giving unprofessional pushback to voter demands, etc.).
- Refusal and/or failure to propose legislation ordered by constituents.
- Refusal and/or failure to vote on legislation as desired by constituents.
- Refusal and/or failure to implement policy specified by the voter base.
The purpose with this approach is to provide a counter to the money that often seems to influence elected officials by threatening them with loss of either money, power, or both. Additionally, this methodology can be used to also pressure Democratic candidates into progressive governance by writing these specifications into the contract.
USPP members who run either as independent, parliamentary candidates or as Democratic-registered disrupters should be willing to sign these contracts, also. With enough voters active in parliament, we can begin to reform politics by refusing to vote for eligibles who both run for governance seats and refuse to be contractually bound to their constituents.
